As a Host, we help you rent and monetize the extra office space you’re not currently using either full-time or on certain recurring weekdays, typically for a period of 2 months to 2 years. The platform even takes care of the key operational processes such as matching, contracting, invoice calculation and re-subscription.

As a Guest, we help your business stay flexible in terms of growth and location by offering you a large choice in office size, full/part time occupation, and rent duration. You need only pay for what space your business needs today, and stay flexible for the future.

Our new part time feature now adds an additional sharing option. Host and guest agree on recurrent days in which each one occupies the entire office and welcomes all its employees onsite for improved company-wide collaboration. And save rental costs by up to 60% without cutting down on office surface!

Here’s how Fiveoffices works:

    Hosts upload their available office space on the Fiveoffices platform, listing key information about the space and (sub)leasing details such as price, duration, standard lease or part-time/hybrid occupation etc.

    Guests use our advanced search functionality to find the best potential (sub)lets that fit their needs.

    Our platform then facilitates the match, communication, and workflow between host and guest, paving a smooth road to a contract agreement.

    We help Host and Guest come to a final contract agreement using a simple contract wizard with standard, transparent terms for leases and subleases.

    Finally, we facilitate any subsequent operational steps such as invoicing, insurance, and re-subscription, so that the process for both Host and Guest is as easy as possible from beginning to end.
